PH Lounge Chair

Take a deep breath and enjoy the moment! The PH Lounge Chair is a place to rest, to think and to relax. The frame of the PH Lounge Chair consists visually only of one long steel tube, bent in generous, dynamic lines for ultimate comfort. Where the steel tubes meets the floor, the two concave circles make a decorative effect and is very distinctive from any other steel tube furniture.

The design from 1932 meets Poul Henningsen’s vision that there should be comfortable furniture shapes that were simpler to manufacture in steel than in wood. The generously upholstered seat and ergonomic line of the lounge chair guarantees comfort and superb back support.

The PH Lounge Chair comes with chromed steel tubes and with an upholstery in aniline leather and five colours for all settings: mocca, walnut, black, Indian red and un-dyed. Besides, it can be upholstered in the warm and comfortable Hallingdal fabric in two colours: black and light grey.
